The villa has an impressive 8 bed, 11 bath living space that spans over 11,000 square feet. It boasts 4 vast suites upstairs, including twin luxurious 1,000 square foot master suites with two large en-suite bathrooms in each. The fifth suite is on the main floor with its own private patio facing the ocean. The separate “Dome” cottage is a magical space that presents a painted night sky etched with moon and stars in the curved ceiling. In addition, two guest bedrooms perfect for staff, teenagers, or nannies are located in the pool garden.

Bohemia can be rented as a 5, 6 and 8 bedroom house. 5 beds are the main house, 6 includes Elysium, and 8 include pool rooms. During festive season all bedrooms must be rented.

5 bedrooms are in the man house, Elysium dome and the pool rooms are separate. All rooms are en-suite.

Whilst taxis are readily available, renting a car provides full flexibility. The beach club is 2-3 minutes by car. Our team can help arrange renting a car if requested.
